Weeride aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.
Delivery will be made to the address specified by Customer on the completed order form.
At weeride our shipment sent out from Monday – Friday by using Pos Laju National Courier. Order will be process on the next day and customer will be received the order within 2 working days except holiday, for Singapore customer the delivery will take 4 working days except holiday.
When we processed your order - you will have received an email from [email protected] containing a Pos Laju consignment note number.
This consignment note number is
(eg EM 003333333 MY) your tracking number for Malaysia customer.
(eg EE 930000000 MY) your tracking number for Singapore customer.
Ring Pos Laju on 1 300 300 300 and provide them your consignment note number - they will then tell you the status of your WeeRide.
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

The availability of the goods presented on the weeride website depends on stock in stores and weeride does not guarantee the availability of goods.
If the goods requested by the Customer are unavailable due to factors beyond weeride’s control, weeride shall make every effort to offer a substitute item which is closest in terms of price and type to the originally requested item.
